Why it matters
Some monthly website plans are only a template and hosting charge with a long contract attached. A genuine managed service explains the initial build, what happens each month, the limits on changes, ownership and the exit process before you commit.
DigitalShift managed plans combine the website, core infrastructure, routine care and a defined improvement allowance. The Foundation, Momentum and Market Leader plans differ by the depth of content, lead journey, local visibility and ongoing work—not vague labels such as ‘premium support’.
Commercial outcomes
Setup, monthly inclusions, GST treatment, minimum term and optional work are shown before the project begins.
Backups, SSL, monitoring, core updates and the included change allowance sit inside one operating rhythm.
The plan can respond to real customer questions and performance data instead of freezing at launch.
A visible scope
The final scope is matched to the current setup and selected plan. Nothing is implied by a vague ‘managed’ label.
See published pricingA focused process
We match the plan to the number of services, sales journey and amount of ongoing work the business can use.
The initial build is scoped, approved and tested before the managed service begins.
Requests, maintenance and recommendations are prioritised against the allowance and visible business goals.

The managed website plans use a 12-month minimum because the initial build is priced below a comparable one-off project. After the minimum term, service continues month to month unless the agreed plan says otherwise.
The exit process, domain control and exportable website assets are documented. Any unpaid committed fees and non-transferable third-party licences are handled according to the signed agreement.
Yes, where the new plan fits the website and service workload. Any scope change, timing and price are confirmed before the change takes effect.
