These terms apply to use of the public DigitalShift website. A separate proposal, order summary or service agreement applies to purchased services.

General information

Website content, guides, calculators and examples are general information and do not replace advice tailored to your circumstances. Information can change as products, supplier pricing, technology and search systems change.

Pricing

Unless stated otherwise, prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. Domain, licence, hosting and other supplier costs may change. A proposal or order summary confirms the current scope, minimum term, renewal price and relevant third-party cost before commitment.

Domain availability and eligibility

A search result is not a reservation. Availability can change before registration. Australian domain applications are subject to current registry and eligibility rules. Registration occurs only after required details, eligibility, premium pricing and payment are confirmed.

No performance guarantee

DigitalShift does not guarantee a particular search ranking, traffic level, number of leads, revenue outcome, uninterrupted availability or perfect security. Performance depends on competition, customer demand, the offer, reputation, third parties and other factors outside one provider’s control.

Intellectual property

Original website content and branding on this site belong to DigitalShift or its licensors. Customer ownership, reusable platform components, licences and export rights are defined in the relevant service agreement.

External services

Links and integrations may involve third parties with their own terms, availability and privacy practices. DigitalShift is not responsible for unrelated third-party content or outages, but identifies the suppliers directly involved in a customer service.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass access controls, submit unlawful material, misuse forms, probe non-public systems or use the site in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
